2Cy or 3CY. Lille Skrigeørn (Lesser spotted eagle, Aquila pomarina)

Comparing the single photo available of the individual migrating from Falsterbo (Sweden) two days ago this seems to the same individual. It was age 2’nd CY in Sweden but is it? I do not see any white tips to the covers on the underwing. Would have expected that in a 2’nd CY fall bird.
